Studio A and Fresh Click Photography is a joint business opening soon in St. Charles. Kathy did pictures of my daughter Kaylee a few days before we did these pictures and they are so great! Kaylee is normally really shy and takes her a while to warm up but Kathy got her to open up in about 2 minutes and Kaylee was posing like she has never done for me before haha. I put one of her pictures at the bottom of this page.
Studio A will be offering zumba and other classes. They are having a grand opening March 2nd. If you are in the Rochester or St. Charles area you should check them out!

There really isn't enough I can say about Katrina & Garrett! They are such an amazing couple and really nice people. I don't know how many times Katrina told me to make sure I got something to eat or just making sure everyone around her was taken care of. This was the 4th photo shoot I've done with Katrina or her family in the last year and really hope to get to work with them again. I would also like to thank Mark Johnson for helping me out with the wedding! You can check out his work here.

Changes

So after about a year of thinking about it I have finally got around to making the changes I have wanted to. The biggest thing is I will not be doing family pictures or children over 12 months old. I am excited to announce baby mini sessions with a great price! With the baby mini sessions I will just be using a simple white back drop and no props. Babies are so cute anyway the other stuff just gets in the way.

Babies 3 - 12 months mini session
$75 for 10 - 15 fully edited images on a copyright
free disk, 1 set of 4x6 proofs, 30 - 45 minutes for pictures.
I only do one
location for the baby mini sessions which would be inside with a white back drop (no props) or outdoors.

SENIOR PRICES
$50 sitting fee. Included is 3 locations, 3 - 4 outfit changes, up to 2 hours of shooting time and a password protected online gallery.
copyright free disk- $150 with a set of 4x6 proofs

So I've been a little behind on everything. I just did 4 weddings in the last 4 weeks and my daughter some how got pneumonia. I am now thinking about not doing anymore work in WI unless it's for weddings. The drive and having to take kaylee back with me is just getting to be too much.

I got to do pictures with Natalie and her sister Kat over the weekend. It was a extremely windy day but I think it added a little flair to the pictures. They were super easy to photograph and this was the 3rd shoot Kat has helped me with. She does an awesome job of setting up the pictures.

I normally don't write much on here, just upload my newest pictures. Kaylee is going to be one year old tomorrow. I think something that scared me more than anything was having a child. Going through all the fears and anxiety while Shea was pregnant was worth it. I love Kaylee more than anything in the world, even more than Brett Favre. I am so proud to be Kaylee's dad.

I really thought I was looking forward to some time off from doing photography for the winter. I feel kind of lost though at night when I would normally be up late editing pictures now with nothing to do. I can't wait for spring and the start of wedding season in may.
